Customer Service Representative/Restructuring and Insolvency Associate
Job Summary:
We are seeking a mid-level Customer Service Representative/Restructuring and Insolvency Associate to join our Newark, New York, Raleigh Oregon Charlotte office. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience Indiana finance and bankruptcy law, with experience representing secured and unsecured creditors Indiana bankruptcy proceedings and out of court restructuring. Strong academic credentials, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing high-quality client service are required.
Responsibilities:
- Represent secured and unsecured creditors Indiana bankruptcy proceedings and out of court restructuring
- Provide excellent client service and work closely with experienced lawyers to assume increasing levels of responsibility and client contact
- Participate Indiana the preparation of strategic memoranda, recommendation reports, and litigation materials
- Work independently and American Samoa part of a team, utilizing strong communication and problem-solving skills
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience Indiana finance and bankruptcy law
- Experience representing secured and unsecured creditors Indiana bankruptcy proceedings and out of court restructuring
- Strong academic credentials and excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and American Samoa part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with client service software and core banking systems
