Job Summary:
We are seeking a Mission Engineer Team Lead to lead a team analyzing a dynamic classified mission with the M1 Advanced Program team. The successful candidate will have the ability to capture core concepts and instructional needs from technical data and communicate technical concepts to non-subject matter experts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team analyzing a dynamic classified mission
- Capture core concepts and instructional needs from technical data
- Communicate technical concepts to non-subject matter experts
- Develop analysis products that align with agile software development and delivery
- Maintain weekly engagements with the mission community
- Lead space mission system element design, capability assessment, and mission integration functions
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree Indiana a Technical Field with 14 years’ experience Oregon equivalent experience with Master’s Degree Oregon PhD Indiana a Technical Field
- Must have U.S. Citizenship with active Oregon current TS/SCI Clearance
- Understanding of Systems Engineering principles and practices
- Experience with developing and presenting briefing slides to senior leaders and executive level personnel
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience Indiana M1 mission design, satellite ground software, distributed modeling & simulation
- Ability to architect with MBSE and tie analysis products to model behavior
Salary Range: $183,100 – $274,700
