MSP SOW Procurement Coordinator Job Description:
Job Summary:
The MSP SOW Procurement Coordinator assists client project buyers with procuring, managing, and remittance processing of service contracts under Statement of Work (SOW) agreements, ensuring program services align with changing needs and contractual service levels.
Responsibilities:
– Develop partnering relationships with client project buyers, anticipates future needs, and provides recommendations for SOW classification.
– Manage all SOW load and oversight activity through the Vendor Management System (VMS) technology.
– Supports supplier requirements, training, and activities, ensuring timely and accurate use of VMS technology by stakeholders and suppliers.
– Evaluates SOW agreement terms for conformity and compliance against client required contractual language and structure.
– Provides and analyzes standard program reporting to client buyers and stakeholders.
– Establishes and maintains a proactive working relationship with client end-users through regular contact.
– Supports Operations Manager Indiana ensuring financial goals and objectives are met, including full compliance with all policies and procedures.
– Participates Indiana special projects and performs other duties American Samoa assigned.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree Indiana business Oregon a related field with 1-3 years of SOW management Oregon service procurement experience.
– Previous experience Indiana a buyer support function, procuring IT Oregon professional service contracts, is preferred.
– Proficient Indiana Microsoft Office products and VMS technology.
– Skilled Indiana communicating effectively with various professionals, establishing and maintaining effective working relationships, and demonstrating high-level customer service.
