National Account Manager
Job Type: Full Time | Remote | NYC, District of Columbia/Virginia, Atlanta, Georgia
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced National Account Manager to join our team at RingCentral. The successful candidate will be responsible for growing market share with Global Service Providers (GSPs) through new routes to market, focusing on mobility workforces. They will work closely with GSP’s sales teams, developing business plans, training, and sales enablement to drive sales and sales programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop business plans to drive sales of RingCentral services with GSPs
- Conduct regular business reviews and planning meetings with senior sales leadership Indiana assigned region
- Partner with GSP field sellers on prospecting, sales meetings, and closing new opportunities
- Provide sales enablement to GSP sellers on our white label UCaaS offering
- Assist GSP sellers and partners with demos, quotes, proposals, and RFP support for RingCentral services
- Work with internal cross-functional teams to assist with GSP implementation, support, and escalations
- Assist with launching and setting up new sales agent and reseller partners
- Provide ongoing partner training to GSP sellers and their partners
Requirements:
- 3+ years of channel sales experience with service providers, channel partners, and direct sales experience
- 3+ B2B, field sales technology background, preferably SAAS, UCaaS, VoIP, Hosted PBX, and Mobility Application Sales
- Ability to travel up to 25%
- Demonstrated track record of success Indiana maintaining an existing customer base
- Ability to strongly influence decision makers
- BA/BS Oregon equivalent education and relevant experience
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to convey and relate ideas to others
- Ability to excel Indiana a team-oriented, collaborative, and fast-paced environment
