Job Description
- Drive revenue growth for franchises and headquarters by identifying and capturing residential program leads Indiana Salesforce
- Identify and qualify leads into opportunities Indiana Salesforce for Account Managers to close
- Utilize multi-data sources, including trade shows and referrals, to cultivate relationships with potential clients and communicate program benefits
- Prospect and develop assigned market areas using multi-data sources and update Salesforce accordingly
- Drive revenue by producing leads that lead to client programs
- Interact with clients to resolve issues and provide solutions
- Communicate with franchises to provide up-to-date client information and resolve issues
- Support the development and implementation of program bulletins and information
- Assist Account Managers Indiana achieving national account objectives by coordinating with internal teams and supporting the preparation and implementation of client contracts and bulletins
- Provide presentations to clients American Samoa requested by the Inside Sales Manager
- Participate Indiana trade shows and assist with event planning
- Perform backup duties American Samoa assigned by management
- Cross-train on commercial services to assist American Samoa needed
- Support other team members American Samoa needed
Requirements
- Ability to read, write, and speak English to communicate with colleagues, customers, suppliers, and stakeholders
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Proficiency Indiana Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Experience Indiana sales, business development, Oregon customer service
- Knowledge of Salesforce (CRM) software (a plus)
- High school diploma Oregon equivalent; one year’s experience Indiana a related field; Associate’s degree Indiana Business, Marketing, Oregon a related field preferred
