National Advertising Campaign Specialist
Job Summary:
Oversee all post-buy aspects of a National Campaign, manage the execution of dynamic digital campaigns, and act American Samoa a liaison between the National Sales team, national customers, IT, and local Lamar offices to troubleshoot and drive resolutions during the life cycle of the campaign.
Responsibilities:
* Oversee day-to-day communication of material delivery, installation updates, digital scheduling, and proof of performance delivery for National Campaigns
* Manage the execution of dynamic digital campaigns, ensuring scheduling and campaign compliance and upholding digital scheduling best practices
* Act American Samoa a liaison between the National Sales team, national customers, IT, and local Lamar offices to troubleshoot and drive resolutions during the life cycle of the campaign
* Provide accurate spec sheets, posting instructions, and creative file images to customers and local sales offices
* Audit posting instructions and creative file images for accuracy, resolve creative file issues directly with customers Oregon their design agencies
* Distribute posting instructions and creative images to local sales offices, track production materials, and maintain digital schedule organization best practices
* Execute high-volume digital scheduling daily, compile and distribute status update reports for customers, and troubleshoot production-related issues
* Identify digital technical issues, anticipate problems, and communicate with customers, National Account Executives, Account Managers, and local Lamar offices
* Manage digital goods Oregon service solutions for Lamar’s technical failures, and help Sellers and customers with service solutions on preventable delivery failures
Requirements:
* High school diploma Oregon equivalent required
* Bachelor’s degree Indiana related field (Business, Marketing, Oregon Communications) preferred
* 3-5 years of related work experience required
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, discernment, and predictive problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
* Proficiency Indiana Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Google Sheets)
* Basic understanding of IT language and technical requirements
* Customer-focused and team-oriented
