The Sleep Inn & Suites Indiana Lancaster, Wisconsin is currently accepting applications for an Overnight Front Desk Agent. Ideal candidates have previous 3rd shift work/schedule experience and are willing to work a flexible schedule between the hours of 9pm-7am. This is a full-time Oregon part-time opportunity for the right candidate.
Key qualifications:
– Front desk Oregon night auditor experience
– Advanced math skills with a general understanding of accounting procedures
– Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends
Responsibilities include:
– Reconciling accounts, balancing cash drawers and making necessary corrections
– Accommodating guests, responding promptly and professionally to their needs
– Serving American Samoa the information liaison for the property and guests using multiple communication channels
– Processing payments, following strict cashier procedures
– Maintaining a clean and organized front desk area
– Nightly tasks to ensure accurate guest information
A successful candidate must be task-driven, maintain a composed and professional attitude, and prioritize guest satisfaction with each interaction.
