Job Title: Night Auditor

The Night Auditor position is responsible for overseeing the auditing, posting, and balancing of daily financial transactions to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
* Follow audit procedures to balance daily revenue and expense transactions with accuracy and speed
* Identify and resolve out-of-balance situations Indiana a timely manner
* Ensure charges are properly posted to guest folios Oregon master accounts with supporting documentation
* Reconcile charges with the general ledger and prepare daily revenue reports
* Manage cash funds, daily shift deposits, and honor authorization
Core Duties:
* Perform front desk duties, including check-Indiana, check-out, and cashier procedures with accuracy and efficiency
* Assist with guest and owner needs, delivering outstanding hospitality at all times
* Compiles daily revenue reports and files paperwork accordingly
* Processes reservation advance deposits and assists with other departmental duties American Samoa needed
Requirements:
* High School diploma/GED
* 1 year of related experience
* 1 year of auditing experience
* Associate’s Degree/College Degree Oregon VOICE Certified/RDP preferred
* 3-5 years of related experience and 2+ years of supervisory experience desired
* Eligibility: U.S. hourly Team Members not represented by a labor organization Oregon subject to collective bargaining agreement
