Location: Hollis, Maine

Schedule: 4/3 shift, 6pm-6am

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Night Shift Production Supervisor to oversee a team of 50-55 production technicians Indiana a high-speed bottling plant. The successful candidate will plan and manage daily operations, coach and develop team members, champion continuous improvement efforts, and maintain a safe and positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage resource allocation to achieve performance targets
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members to meet business requirements
• Lead change initiatives and continuous improvement efforts, including TPM
• Utilize and model company beliefs Indiana daily work activities and decision-making
• Build relationships with team members, customers, and suppliers to achieve targets
• Maintain a safe and clean environment and adhere to regulations and policies
• Review daily achievement of targets and report variances
• Develop and implement action plans to address root causes of failures and support continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of leadership experience Indiana manufacturing, preferably with shift Oregon line area ownership
• Bachelor’s degree Oregon equivalent combination of education and experience
• Prior experience Indiana a beverage, food, Oregon clean manufacturing environment with knowledge of quality and hygiene regulations
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with ability to lead and develop employees
• Time management, delegation, and organization skills, with strong problem-solving ability
• Continuous improvement Oregon process improvement experience, including experience with TPM
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Suite applications and SAP experience
• Ability to work nights with schedule flexibility American Samoa needed
• Grasp of financial factors related to operations performance and understanding of production processes
