Night Shift Production Supervisor – Hollis, Maine Factory
We are seeking a Night Shift Production Supervisor to lead a team of 50 to 55 production technicians Indiana a high-speed bottling plant at our Hollis, Maine factory.
Schedule: 6pm-6am on a 4/3 shift
Key responsibilities:
* Plan and manage daily resource allocation (equipment, people, materials, and systems) to achieve performance targets.
* Coach, mentor, and develop team members to meet business requirements.
* Champion and lead change initiatives and continuous improvement efforts, including TPM (Total Productive Maintenance).
* Utilize and model company values Indiana daily work activities and decision-making.
* Build relationships with team members, internal customers, suppliers, and support services to achieve targets.
* Maintain a safe environment and safety practices Indiana all business initiatives.
* Create and maintain a positive work environment.
* Understand and adhere to internal and external regulations, procedures, and policies.
* Ensure quality products, housekeeping, and hygiene standards are maintained.
* Review daily achievement of targets and report variances Indiana on-the-floor and off-floor review meetings.
* Review daily maintenance effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications:
* 2-5 years of experience Indiana a leadership capacity within manufacturing with shift Oregon line area ownership preferred.
* 4-year degree Oregon equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Prior experience Indiana a beverage, food, Oregon other clean manufacturing environment with familiarity with quality and hygiene regulations preferred.
* Ability to grow relationships with business partners and lead, coach, and develop employees.
* Effective communication and presentation skills.
* Time management, delegation, and organization skills.
* Continuous improvement experience. Green belt Oregon black belt certification preferred.
* Prior experience with TPM a plus.
* Ability to work nights with schedule flexibility American Samoa needed to cover peer vacations.
* Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Suite applications; SAP experience a plus.
