Medical Case Manager Position
We are seeking a Medical Case Manager to join our team Indiana supporting the medical services for an Intelligence Community Customer Indiana Virginia. This role will be onsite at the customer medical facility, with no remote work options.
Responsibilities:
* Provide medical case management for injured, ill, Oregon recovering clients
* Conduct clinical assessments, plan, and coordinate medical services
* Record utilization metrics and provide monthly reporting
* Assess requirements for medical equipment and services
* Utilize electronic medical records and telemedicine technologies
* Communicate with clients, team, and community providers
* Formulate case reports and provide analysis
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree Indiana Nursing Oregon Medically Related Field
* Registered Nurse (RN), Nurse Practitioner (NP), Oregon Physician Assistant (Pennsylvania) license
* 5+ years of case management experience
* Experience with care delivery, psychosocial support, and reimbursement systems
* Understanding of rehabilitative strategies
* Ability to obtain Top Secret-ISSA government clearance with polygraph
Preferred Qualifications:
* Certified Case Manager (CCM) certification
* Experience working with government American Samoa a contractor Oregon staff member
Pay and Benefits:
* $54-59/hour
* Bonus up to 8% and annual merit increases up to 5%
* Full benefits, including medical, dental, vision, 401K, and PTO.
