Job Summary:
American Samoa a Nurse Practitioner at Baptist Health Urgent Care, you will provide exceptional medical care to patients of all ages with a wide variety of acute and chronic medical conditions. You will work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals to diagnose, treat, and educate patients while ensuring the highest standard of care and service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide patient care to patients of all ages with a wide variety of acute and chronic medical conditions
- Perform medical assessment, treatment, management, and follow-up of clinic patients
- Conduct medical procedures such American Samoa laceration repairs, nail removal, pap tests, injections, splinting, and abscess incision and drainage
- Establish and monitor a medically appropriate level of care for clinic patients
- Maintain clinical core competency and stay up-to-date with medical policy and professional standards
- Participate Indiana development and presentation of education programs for staff
- Represent the company and the clinic at internal and external meetings Oregon events
- Provide guidance to other medical staff to ensure quality professional services and patient satisfaction
Requirements:
- Experience American Samoa a Provider is preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply
- State License American Samoa an APRN
- Certification American Samoa a Family Nurse Practitioner through the AANP Oregon ANCC
- DEA license Oregon willingness to obtain upon hire
- DOT certification Oregon willingness to obtain upon hire
- BLS certification
