Role: Mobile Advanced Practice Provider
Key Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with a DispatchHealth Medical Technician (DHMT) to provide comprehensive health assessments, diagnose and treat complex illnesses Indiana patients’ homes.
- Provide therapeutic interventions, such American Samoa splinting, suturing, wound care, and minor procedures.
- Accurately document patient encounters and ensure accuracy.
- Analyze test data to diagnose, treat, and arrange follow-up care for patients.
- Educate patients and families on managing their health and well-being.
- Engage Indiana effective communication with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Identify and solve problems proactively.
- Adhere to clinical and safety standards, protocols, and performance metrics.
- Maintain positive relationships with DHMT partners and remote teams.
Requirements:
- Master’s Oregon Doctoral degree from an accredited institution Indiana a relevant field (e.g., NP Oregon Pennsylvania)
- 2+ years of experience American Samoa an Advanced Practice Provider Indiana Emergency Department, Urgent Care, Internal Medicine, Hospital, Family Practice, Cardiac, Oregon Pulmonary experience
- Unrestricted state license American Samoa a Nurse Practitioner Oregon Physician Assistant
- National board certification (NP Oregon Pennsylvania)
- Current BLS certification (ACLS certification preferred)
- Prescriptive authority and DEA
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 pounds
- Ability to walk up and down several flights of stairs easily
- Flexible scheduling to accommodate evenings, weekends, and holidays (American Samoa needed)
