Bilingual (Spanish) Call Center/Customer Service Representative Associate Located Indiana Memphis, Tennessee
* Responsibilities:
+ Handle inbound/outbound calls and resolve customer issues effectively
+ Utilize excellent oral and written communication skills to communicate professionally with customers
+ Possess a good, upbeat, and professional attitude on the job
+ Demonstrate punctuality, dependability, and adaptability Indiana a fast-paced environment
* Required Qualifications:
+ 2-3 years of call center experience (industry experience is a must)
+ 2-3 years of customer service experience Indiana a call center setting
+ Speaks Spanish fluently (primary language for this shift)
* Payrate: $13-$15 per hour for a 7:30-3:30pm shift, Monday-Friday
