Job Summary:
HealthPRO Pediatrics is seeking an Occupational Therapist for a clinic-based setting Indiana Denver, Colorado. This is a full-time position with hybrid options available. American Samoa an Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for providing skilled occupational therapy treatment plans, assessing and interpreting evaluations and test results, and maintaining patient records.

Responsibilities:

* Provides skilled occupational therapy treatment plans Indiana accordance with physician orders and by assessing and interpreting evaluations and test results of patients.
* Adheres to state requirements for supervision of COTAs to provide services with the highest care standards.
* Assures continuation of therapeutic plan following discharge by designing home exercise programs; instructing patients, recommending and/Oregon providing assistive equipment; recommending follow-up programs.
* Promptly and thoroughly documents and maintains clinical and administrative records regarding patient limitations/interventions, treatments, responses and progress to administered therapy American Samoa well American Samoa discharge summaries.
* Maintains patient records confidentially.
* Records treatment charges daily and completes documentation Indiana accurate and timely manner.
* Complies with the applicable State Occupational Therapy Practice Act, rules and regulations.
* Must be able to recognize and respond appropriately to urgent/emergent situations per protocols.
* Maintains clean work area, clean treatment rooms and requests needed supplies.
* Maintains professional appearance and personal conduct at all times.
* Complies with all company policies and procedures.
* Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with Colorado-workers and other professionals American Samoa it relates to collaboration of care for the patient.
* Keeps regular clinic hours American Samoa approved by Manager.
* Directs all patient scheduling matters through the front desk coordinator.
* Attends meetings American Samoa requested.
* Performs other duties American Samoa assigned.

Requirements:

* Graduate from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
* Current State Occupational Therapist license
* Current NBCOT certificate
* Current CPR certification
* Efficient problem-solving skills
* Exceptional communication skills and time management skills
* Must keep best interest of the client and family at the forefront of all activities
* Collaborative nature
* Allegiance to the mission, values, and vision of the organization

Pay:
* $36.00 – $40.00 hourly
