Customer Service Representative
Key Accountabilities:
* Provide outstanding customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
* Drive account growth by promoting customers’ inventory management (KeepStock) program
* Collaborate with the Onsite Service team to provide solutions to customers’ MRO (Maintenance, Repair and Operations) needs
* Service multiple customer locations, visiting sites American Samoa needed
* Demonstrate a strong understanding of customers’ business needs and develop solutions to meet those needs
* Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experience and efficient resolution of issues
* Achieve and maintain high levels of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on new products and services
* Meet regular sales and customer satisfaction targets.
