Bilingual On-Site Specialist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Bilingual On-Site Specialist to support the overall success and improvement of our client’s On-Site program. The successful candidate will exercise independent judgment and discretion Indiana guiding the activities of all associates, ensuring job performance goals are met Oregon exceeded. This includes coaching, counseling, disciplining, and terminating associates when necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop strong working relationships with client management teams and stakeholders
- Build effective relationships with all stakeholders to anticipate future needs and recruit temporary resources to meet those needs
- Communicate effectively with client personnel, temporary associates, and company personnel
- Meet with client supervisory personnel to confirm satisfaction with associate performance and address concerns
- Collaborate with branch teams, regional, and corporate personnel to meet client performance expectations
- Identify and assign temporary associates who meet client standards
- Maintain regular contact with temporary associates to clarify availability for future assignments
- Respond to client and temporary associate concerns promptly
- Complete injury reports and assist injured workers Indiana getting medical treatment
- Conduct new hire orientations to ensure associates are aware of company policies and safety issues
Requirements:
- Bilingual: fluent Indiana Spanish and English
- Experience Indiana a customer service role preferred
- Ability to work cross-functionally to proactively communicate and resolve issues
- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency Indiana Microsoft Office suite
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and make sound judgments
