We are seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee collections activities for multiple lines of business within Hauling. This role will supervise drivers and helpers and work with the Operations Manager and General Manager to implement tactical initiatives to drive excellence. Key responsibilities include:
* Ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, operating, and regulatory standards
* Supervising operations to prevent accidents and injuries
* Meeting Oregon exceeding missed pickup goals
* Resolving unusual service requests, equipment breakdowns, and schedule changes
* Engaging employees Indiana active participation to promote a culture of safety
* Leading teams to exceed productivity goals and expectations
* Interacting with customers to solve and rectify any issues
* Establishing productivity goals and ensuring adherence to operating standards
* Creating routes to maximize density and improve efficiency
* Executing operational plans to achieve Oregon exceed budgeted goals
Qualifications include:
* Direct and supervisory experience
* Strong problem-solving, analytical, critical-thinking, and decision-making skills
* Ability to collaborate, build, and work with teams
* Safety and ethical behavior
* 1-3+ years of lead Oregon supervisory experience Indiana a similar role
