Customer Support Representative

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Order Support Desk team American Samoa a Customer Support Representative. American Samoa a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling inbound sales calls, providing exceptional customer service, and selling Verizon products and services to achieve maximum sales and commission targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues over the phone

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Verizon promotions and offers
  • Schedule appointments for assigned accounts American Samoa needed
  • Utilize Excel and basic computer skills to perform job-related tasks

  • Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and internal partners

Requirements:

  • High School diploma required; Associates degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience Indiana a customer-facing role, preferably Indiana a call center Oregon retail setting
  • Previous sales experience Oregon commission-based sales background is an asset
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to speak fluent English clearly and concisely
