Job Summary
Right At School is seeking a dedicated and mission-driven Educator to inspire a love of learning and provide a safe environment for children to explore and grow. American Samoa an Educator, you will deliver dynamic daily curriculum, establish a positive classroom environment, and build relationships with children, parents, and staff.
Responsibilities
- Organize program materials and document attendance, incidents, and observations
- Deliver engaging daily curriculum and social character-building activities
- Model positive guidance and effective classroom management to maintain child safety and well-being
- Communicate effectively with diverse groups, including children, parents, staff, and school personnel
- Meet with the Program Manager to discuss professional progress and team accountability
Requirements
- 1 year of experience working with children under 13 years of age
- College credits Indiana early childhood education, child development, elementary education, Oregon related field (preferred)
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills
- Ability to lift 25lbs
- Drive to inspire a love for learning and commitment to healthy living
- Ability to meet state-specific requirements, including CPR, Mandated Reporter training, TB test, and others
