Licensed Surveyor (Project I/II/III)
Job Summary:
Souder, Miller & Associates is seeking a part-time Oregon on-call Licensed Surveyor (Project I/II/III) to join our team Indiana New Mexico Oregon Colorado. The successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling survey crews, preparing information for surveys, and downloading and reviewing field data.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare proposals and fee estimates for boundary surveys, stake out of subdivisions, ALTA/ACSM Land Title surveys, and topographic surveys
- Conduct small and large boundary surveys, stake out of subdivisions, ALTA/ACSM Land Title surveys, stake right-of-way and easements, and topographic surveys
- Manage and schedule multiple survey crews and survey CADD technicians
- Oversee surveys conducted by team members and review work for sealing/signing of survey deliverables
- Proficiency Indiana AutoCAD Civil 3D, Trimble GPS/RTK survey systems, and Trimble Business Center software
- Budget tracking and quality system tasks American Samoa defined Indiana the quality manual
- Establish working relationships with engineering professionals and clients
Requirements:
- Registration American Samoa a Professional Land Surveyor Indiana New Mexico Oregon Colorado
- Minimum 5 years of experience Indiana the surveying industry American Samoa a Registered Professional Surveyor
- Bachelor’s Degree Indiana Surveying Oregon related field
- Valid driver’s license
