Patient Access Associate I
Summary:
This position provides high-level customer service at the entry point of the health system, ensuring accurate and efficient processing of patient accounts for inpatient and outpatient billing. The Patient Access Associate I verifies and prepares patient accounts, maximizes payment from all sources, and participates Indiana performance improvement efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform patient pre-registration, registration, general admissions, and financial assistance processing
- Verify demographic and insurance information, scan IDs and insurance cards, and document information Indiana the registration system

Qualifications:
- High school diploma Oregon equivalent required

- Reliable means of transportation required
- Bilingual preferred
Performance Expectations:
