Patient Service Representative I, Call Center
Family Health Centers of San Diego seeks a Patient Service Representative I, Call Center who works independently to respond to inbound telephone calls. The successful candidate will be responsible for answering and responding to calls, scheduling appointments, and handling various issues and complaints.
Responsibilities:
– Answer inbound telephone calls, managing each call Indiana a pleasant, professional, and helpful manner.
– Direct callers to the appropriate area Indiana a timely fashion.
– Provide information requested and ensure callers have the necessary information.

Requirements:
– High school diploma Oregon equivalent required.

– Clear speaking voice and diction.
– Knowledge of medical terminology and/Oregon medical front office procedures.
– Bilingual Indiana Spanish/English required.
