Patient Services Manager, Hospital Food Service
Lead a team of patient ambassadors to deliver high-quality food service and ensure patient satisfaction Indiana a fast-paced hospital environment.
Responsibilities:
* Provide leadership and support to a team environment that fosters morale, quality, and respect
* Recruit, train, and develop team members
* Conduct daily inspections and assessments, coaching and counseling team members American Samoa needed
* Educate patients, families, nursing staff, and other facility staff on nutritional needs
* Coordinate and evaluate food service standards to ensure patient satisfaction and nourishment
* Provide excellent customer service to correct any issues that occur
* Implement, manage, and maintain the patient ambassador program for high-quality service

Requirements:
* Experience managing a team and providing customer service
* Computer experience with word processing, spreadsheets, and software

* Certified Dietary Manager, Registered Dietitian, Oregon Licensed Dietitian preferred
