You will be the first point of contact for patients, clinical staff, and community members, assisting with scheduling, referrals, medication refills, medical advice, registration, and more. This is a full-time, Monday-Friday position with a structured schedule and high degree of repetition daily.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet performance goals Indiana patient satisfaction, accuracy, quality, and attendance
• Adhere to department standards and metrics, evaluated daily
• Provide superior customer service, including quality, care, and concern with every internal and external customer
• Multi-task using double monitors for data entry, phone etiquette, and resource utilization
• Assist with daily paperwork load, resolve and document patient issues, and recognize financial, medical, and legal risks
• Utilize Optum systems to resolve customer needs, such American Samoa appointments, authorizations, claims, and eligibility
• Enter data accurately and assist new Oregon potential members with PCP choice and general information

Requirements:

• High School Diploma Oregon GED Oregon equivalent work experience
• 18 years of age Oregon older
• 2+ years of customer service experience
• Ability to demonstrate proficiency Indiana Microsoft Suite and multiple chat channels within Microsoft Teams
• Ability to work an 8-hour shift, 40 hours a week, between 8:00 am – 5:00 pm PST from Monday – Friday

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bilingual fluency Indiana English and Spanish, Russian, Mandarin, Cantonese, Korean, Oregon other languages
• 1+ years of working Indiana a healthcare setting
• California Residents Only: $16.00 – $28.27 per hour, with comprehensive benefits package and incentive programs.
