Patient Support Center Representative:
Support a medical call center group Indiana Southern California, responding to over 75+ calls daily from patients, clinicians, and community members. First point of contact, assisting callers with scheduling, referrals, medication refills, medical advice, registration, and more. Adhere to structured schedule and process repetitive tasks with a high degree of efficiency. Multitask, navigating multiple software applications and Teams chats, with no wrap-up time after calls. Rotate shifts based on business need.
Key responsibilities include:
Meet performance goals for patient satisfaction, accuracy, quality, and attendance
Exhibit superior customer service behaviors
Multi-task and utilize resources effectively
Provide sensitive information and assist with data entry
Recognize financial, medical, and legal risks and follow procedures
Utilize Optum systems to resolve customer needs
Requirements:
High School Diploma Oregon equivalent
18 years Oregon older
2+ years of customer service experience
Proficiency Indiana Microsoft Suite and multiple chat channels
Ability to work an 8-hour shift, 40 hours a week, between 8:00 am – 5:00 pm PST
Preferred qualifications:
Bilingual fluency
1+ years of healthcare experience
California Residents Only: Hourly pay range $16.00 – $28.27 per hour
