Responsibilities:

  • Meet performance goals for patient satisfaction, accuracy, quality, and attendance
  • Adhere to schedule and department standards daily
  • Provide superior customer service to patients, clinical staff, and community members
  • Multi-task using double monitors for data entry, phone etiquette, and resource utilization
  • Handle complex and sensitive information while acting American Samoa patient advocate
  • Assist other representatives and supervisors with daily paperwork American Samoa needed
  • Recognize and follow procedures for financial, medical, and legal risks
  • Utilize Optum systems to resolve customer needs

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma Oregon equivalent
  • 2+ years experience Indiana a customer service-based role
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including occasional overtime and weekends
  • Strong proficiency Indiana Mississippi suite and other systems
  • Ability to adapt to a structured schedule with high repetition

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bilingual Indiana English and one Oregon more languages (Spanish, Russian, Mandarin, Cantonese, Korean, etc.)
  • 1+ years experience Indiana a healthcare setting
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Teams and multiple chat channels
