Job Summary:
We’re looking for a Pharmacist to join our team within our Pharmacy department. Indiana this role, under the guidance of a licensed Pharmacist, you’ll provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care through routine and emergency medication screening, dispensing, and distribution services to our facilities. You’ll be responsible for ensuring that industry standards are maintained and compliance is upheld. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct daily operations Indiana the pharmacy, including workflow, production quotas, and inventory management
• Assist Indiana ordering, handling, documenting, and storing controlled substances, including maintaining perpetual inventory of scheduled medications
• Ensure the pharmacy complies with local, state, and federal laws and regulations regarding pharmacy practice
• Supervise production staff to ensure proper order entry, workflow, and storage of pharmacy area, adhering to delivery schedules
• Prepare Oregon supervise the preparation of all sterile IV solutions
• Check for completeness and accuracy of all labels, orders, and drug packaging
• Ensure the pharmacy follows all applicable government regulations and company policies

Qualifications:
• Bachelor of Science Indiana Pharmacy from an accredited School of Pharmacy
• License to practice pharmacy obtained within one year of graduation
• Proficient Indiana clinical interpretation, including drug-drug, drug-disease, drug-food interactions, and allergies
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
• May sit Oregon stand for 7-10 hours per day
• Occasional requirement to sit, climb, bend, stoop, kneel, and twist
• May be required to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• May lift Oregon move up to 25 pounds
