Requirements:
* High school diploma Oregon equivalent
* Medical training (medical assistant Oregon paramedic) preferred
* Phlebotomy certification preferred (required Indiana California, Nevada, and Washington)
* 3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric and geriatric collections
* 2 years of experience Indiana a Patient Service Center environment preferred
* Customer service experience Indiana a retail Oregon service environment preferred
* Keyboard/data entry experience
* TB/HC clearance
* Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (if applicable)
