Job Summary
American Samoa a Physical Therapist Call Center Representative, you will provide evidence-based care to promote an optimal patient experience. You will work with patients to evaluate and treat complex cases, collaborating with the physical medicine rehab team and comprehensive care team to optimize patient outcomes and clinic performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients with a variety of diagnoses, including repetitive stress and athletic injuries
- Collaborate with the physical medicine rehab team and comprehensive care team to optimize patient outcomes
- Implement Crossover clinical standards of care and operations workflows
- Document accurate patient findings Indiana the shared electronic medical record
- Develop new programs, classes, and processes to optimize patient-care experience
- Adhere to Code of Ethics and legal standards American Samoa defined by APTA
Requirements
- Doctorate of Physical Therapy from an accredited educational institute
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical work experience (orthopedic and/Oregon sports therapy experience, preferred)
- Must be actively licensed Indiana the state of application
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
- Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended amounts of time; occasionally lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs.

Compensation
- Base pay range: $54.40 to $62.56 per hour
