Administrative Enrollment Specialist:

Maintain working knowledge of company culture, philosophy, and AEA curriculum and STEAM exhibits. Collaborate with Director to establish sales strategies and develop enrollment presentation materials. Conduct tours, communicate with prospective families, and facilitate enrollment through effective communication.

Responsibilities:

* Manage tour scheduling and data, including updating the AEA APP and conducting follow-up calls and emails
* Provide exceptional customer service, greeting visitors and monitoring visitor access
* Ensure accurate communication with families, including maintaining enrollment information and updating the AEA APP
* Assist with day-to-day administration, including data entry and various projects
* Handle correspondence and files, and report child injuries and hazards to management
* Enter new family and child enrollment information into the AEA APP and administrative system
* Assist with organizational tasks, including teacher Indiana-service hours and credential tracking
* Perform daily cleaning duties

Requirements:

* Meet state licensing requirements, background checks, and accreditation standards
* Florida Staff Credential (CDA) Oregon state equivalent required
* High school diploma required, experience Indiana a Preschool setting Oregon administrative position preferred
* Proficient Indiana Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Procare
* Ability to move quickly, bend, stoop, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds; stand for long periods
* Ability to relocate to Saint Augustine, Florida 32092
