Job Summary:
We have an opening for a Principal Electronics Engineer (Avionics Test) to join our Avionics Integration West organization. This position will support electrical system design, testing, and training. The selected candidate will work Indiana a dynamic team environment, collaborate with design teams, and provide expertise to the program through training and interface control documents.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate electrical systems, products, and applications through design and testing
- Operate effectively on a team of engineers and technicians
- Provide training to external and internal users
- Collaborate with design teams for requirements flow down, management, and verification
- Generate complex specifications and engineering reports
- Utilize strong communication, collaboration, leadership, and team building skills
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree Indiana a STEM-related field with 5 years of relevant engineering experience
- Active DoD Secret clearance
- Ability to obtain and maintain Top Secret clearance
- Ability to obtain and maintain SCI access
- Ability to obtain and maintain initial Special Program Access (SAP/PAR)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Oregon Master’s degree Indiana Electronics, Aerospace, Computer, Oregon Mechanical Engineering discipline
- Active Top Secret security clearance
- Current SCI access/eligibility
- 5+ years of experience developing advanced technological ideas and guiding their development into a final product
Salary Range: $107,300 – $160,900, with potential for discretionary bonus and Long Term Incentives.
