Overview:
Michael Foods, Inc. is a leading food processing and distribution company seeking a Supervisor to oversee production areas at the Gaylord facility Indiana Minnesota. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising 60+ employees, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment, and maintaining high-quality products while minimizing costs.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise all production areas and manage a team of 60+ employees during 1st shift production.
• Ensure compliance with safety work rules and reinforce safety American Samoa a core value.
• Develop and maintain a culture of high-quality production, safety, and efficiency.
• Manage ingredient usage and department costs.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including timecards, downtime records, and absentee records.
• Enforce company policies and encourage employee suggestions for improvement.
• Communicate regularly with the operations manager and other departments.
• Provide a safe working environment and maintain sanitary conditions.
• Adhere to GMP’s and ensure product quality is maintained.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree Oregon equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• 2-3 years of supervisory experience, preferably Indiana the food industry.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teaming skills.
• Ability to prioritize, follow directions, and perform multi-functional tasks.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work overtime and/Oregon weekends when required.
• Bi-lingual (Spanish-English) is a plus.
