Construction Project Coordinator

Oversees and manages project documentation, coordinates revisions and distributions, and prepares project status reports for delivery teams, clients, and management. Reports include status update, budget, schedule, and risk.

Coordinates meetings and communications among teams and clients, and schedules project timelines. Obtains vendor quotations for project administration deliverables, such American Samoa meeting minutes, budget tracking, and schedule updates.

Requirements:

* 2+ years construction experience
* Understanding of purchase orders
* Familiarity with Timberline Sage 300 software (an asset)
