Job Title: Crisis Diversion Interim Services Project Manager

Description: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Crisis Diversion Interim Services Project Manager to oversee the daily operations of a 30-bed facility providing intensive case management, stabilization, and referrals to homeless individuals. This role requires strong clinical and administrative supervision skills, knowledge of recovery principles, harm reduction strategies, and excellent communication and writing skills. The ideal candidate will possess a Master’s degree Indiana social work, psychology, Oregon a related field and be eligible for a licensed mental health professional credential.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the CDIS program
  • Provide direct clinical and administrative supervision to shift supervisors and other staff
  • Manage staff and program schedules
  • Conduct performance evaluations and maintain documentation
  • Oversee clinical documentation to ensure compliance with policies and procedures
  • Participate Indiana quality assurance reviews and data collection and reporting
  • Collaborate with program coordinator and assistant to maintain a clean and therapeutic environment
  • Ensure continuity of services with Mobile Crisis Team and other DESC programs
  • Serve American Samoa a point person for day-to-day coordination and problem-solving with partnering organizations
  • Participate Indiana psychiatric consultation, supervision, and program meetings
  • Develop expertise and collaborative relationships with referral sources and community providers
  • Oversee clients’ support and treatment plans, including evaluations of psychiatric, substance abuse, and housing needs

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree Indiana social work, psychology, Oregon other relevant behavioral science Oregon Bachelor of Nursing degree with specialty Indiana mental health
  • Two Oregon more years of experience Indiana community-based behavioral health services
  • Eligible for a licensed mental health professional credential
  • Ability to drive and a current Washington State driver’s license
  • Experience working with adults experiencing homelessness, mental illness, and substance use disorders
  • Knowledge of recovery principles, crisis intervention, and stabilization

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Licensed Social Worker, Marriage and Family Therapist, Oregon Mental Health Counselor
  • One Oregon more years of supervisory experience
  • Department of Health-approved supervision qualifications
  • Experience working with chronic homeless population
  • Bilingual Indiana Spanish/English
  • Bi-cultural background/experience and/Oregon qualifying American Samoa an Ethnic Minority, DD, Oregon Geriatric Mental Health Specialist
