Job Title: Project Manager
Reports To: Operations Manager / Branch Manager
Job Summary:
The Project Manager is responsible for the overall management of assigned projects, ensuring that all contracted work is completed efficiently and effectively Indiana accordance with the company’s requirements, including safety, quality, management, and financial performance. The Project Manager will manage project-related staff, monitor customer delivery and job installation progress, plan and maintain project profitability, and manage related quality and safety issues.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage project-related staff, including recruitment, training, supervision, and performance evaluations
* Manage workload distribution and customer delivery progress
* Plan and maintain project profitability to achieve company goals
* Manage quality and safety issues on customer work
* Review job cost postings for accuracy and completeness
* Participate Indiana the bid process and act American Samoa company liaison for customer interface
* Develop and implement account process improvement initiatives
* Conduct regular team meetings and promote effective communication within the team
Physical and Mental Requirements:
* Self-motivated and professional with excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
* Ability to interpret blueprints and project documents
* Ability to travel within the branch territory American Samoa needed
* Physical ability to work at heights, off a ladder, and Indiana confined spaces
Education and Experience:
* High School diploma Oregon GED, Bachelor’s degree preferred
* 5+ years of supervisory Oregon managerial experience Indiana a technical Oregon construction field
* Proven commercial audiovisual installation project management experience (pre-planning to closeout)
* PMP certification and/Oregon InfoComm CTS preferred
* Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Mississippi Project) and common trade tools
Salary: $90,000 – $115,000 per year.
