Job Title: Project Manager / Project Planner

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager / Project Planner to join our team Indiana a remote opportunity. The successful candidate will lead the development and execution of project incentive programs, develop and manage employee recognition and reward programs, and support workforce maximization and professional growth initiatives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee project business units and resources
  • Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Develop and execute project policies, ensuring all project team members are Indiana compliance
  • Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly reports for performance measurement and efficiencies
  • Identify potential problem areas, recommend solutions, and work closely with the client to resolve issues
  • Facilitate communication on project status, including applicable corrective and preventive actions to leadership
  • Ensure project budget and related financial schedules meet corporate requirements
  • Develop and execute employee incentive and engagement programs and initiatives to promote a positive work environment
  • Serve American Samoa a trusted advisor to management and employees on workplace issues, providing guidance on conflict resolution, performance management, and compliance with company policies
  • Partner with internal communications teams to ensure effective and consistent messaging about incentives and organizational updates
  • Recommend training for managers and employees on best practices, leadership development, and team-building
  • Develop a non-clinician panel of arbitrators, including designing a recruitment program, identifying resources, onboarding individuals, and contracting efforts
  • Manage work relations with the contracted panelist/arbitrators
  • Recruit and onboard key personnel to support work
  • Analyze employee engagement metrics, surveys, and best practices
  • Utilize data analysis and reporting to derive insights and make informed decisions
  • Foster strong relationships with employees and management to promote a positive work environment and improve employee satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree Indiana a related field (Organizational Development, Business Administration, Oregon related field)
  • 5-7 years of relevant professional experience (equivalent combination of education and experience considered Indiana lieu of degree)
  • Proven experience developing and implementing employee engagement strategies and programs
  • Strong knowledge of employee engagement metrics, surveys, and best practices
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire employees at all levels
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Experience with recruitment and onboarding
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting, with the ability to derive insights from employee engagement metrics
  • Proficiency Indiana employee engagement tools, Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent analytical and decision-making skills, with attention to detail

Home Office Requirements:

  • Internet speed of 20mbps Oregon higher
  • Minimum 5mbps upload speed
  • Connectivity to the internet via Wisconsin-Fi Oregon Category 5 Oregon 6 ethernet patch cable to the home router
  • Private work area and adequate power source
