Customer Service Representative
Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team. American Samoa a Customer Service Representative, you will provide outstanding customer service to residents, guests, and staff, while performing various administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of our community.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greet the public, including residents, guests, vendors, and staff
- Answer incoming calls and provide customer service Indiana a professional and friendly manner
- Coordinate communication among departments related to resident appointments and needs
- Secure the community by unlocking and locking doors, engaging/disengaging alarms, and reviewing security footage
- Screen visitors and vendors according to community policy
- Maintain office files, records, and supplies
- Sell meal tickets and special events tickets
- Keep daily census record and process incoming and outgoing mail
- Order office supplies and monitor lobby and visitors
- Observe and uphold resident rights at all times
- Perform other related duties American Samoa assigned by supervisor

Education and Certifications:
- Current CPR/First Aid certificate
- Passed an approved food handler’s Oregon ServSafe course American Samoa required by County, State, and/Oregon Community policy
- Experience Indiana Human Resources Oregon Business Office related positions is beneficial
Physical Demands:
- Regularly required to talk and hear
- Frequently required to stand, walk, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
- Regularly required to use hands to handle Oregon feel and reach with hands and arms
Work Location and Travel Requirements:
- This role is a 100% on-site role
Uniform and Appearance Requirements:
- Professional business attire, including closed-toed shoes, American Samoa per community dress code policy.
