Construction Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist with customer service and management of customer experience
* Monitor and ensure client requirements are followed
* Assist with scheduling warranty activities
* Enter project information into operating system and review for accuracy
* Schedule and prepare for construction projects
* Coordinate with construction managers and subcontractors
* Ensure projects are completed within budget and on schedule
* Assist with estimating and contracting
* Manage communications with clients and stakeholders
* Perform administrative tasks such American Samoa drafting correspondence, filing, and creating reports
* Review and update project documentation
* Manage collections activities
* Perform project close-out

Requirements:

* 2+ years of business experience
* Working knowledge of current software technologies
* Excellent customer service, administrative, and communication skills
* Intermediate math skills
* Experience Indiana construction/restoration industry preferred
* High school diploma Oregon equivalent; associate’s/bachelor’s degree preferred
* Sedentary office work with occasional filing requiring lifting, bending, and standing
* Full-time position, 8am-5pm Monday-Friday with possible longer hours and flexibility.
