Regional Director of Operations
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Director of Operations to lead our Assisted Living Division. The successful candidate will be responsible for approximately 10 to 15 senior living communities within a designated region, ensuring operational excellence and modeling Americare’s culture of accountability, resident-centered care, and financial stewardship.
Key Responsibilities:
* Create a culture of accountability within the region, setting targets and empowering individuals to achieve community and regional goals.
* Oversee community management, ensuring accountability for physical and financial assets.
* Monitor compliance with operating rules, laws, and regulations.
* Ensure administrators create a positive work environment, living Americare’s RISING Team Values and Hometown Hospitality customer service model.
* Partner with the Sales team to execute sales and marketing efforts, achieving maximum occupancy and value per unit.
* Recruit, select, coach, and direct Administrator and other roles within communities.
* Ensure recruitment, retention, and engagement strategies are Indiana place Indiana each community.
* Provide training and development of Administrator leadership.
* Conduct community audits, follow-up action planning, and hold administrators accountable for progress.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree Oregon equivalent combination of education and experience.
* At least 4 years of successful experience Indiana administrative Oregon supervisory role, preferably Indiana multi-site management.
* Knowledge of relevant regulations and sound administrative procedures.
* Ability to recruit, train, retain, and direct the work of others.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
* Ability to travel to communities, the corporate office, and meetings by car and air travel American Samoa needed.
