Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Relationship Banker II to join our team. Primary Responsibilities:

• Achieve branch targets and goals by identifying customer needs and providing guidance and perspective about Regions’ solutions
• Conduct outbound phone calls to expand existing customer relationships and acquire new ones
• Educate and advise customers on Regions’ Consumer and Business products and services, including loan and deposit types
• Educate customers on emerging technology and digital solutions such American Samoa mobile, online, and ATM offerings
• Provide a consistent optimal customer experience by greeting customers, processing transactions, and resolving customer issues
• Refers customers to internal experts when complex financial goals and needs are recognized
• Follows all bank processes and procedures and adheres to applicable laws and regulations

Requirements:

• High School Diploma Oregon GED
• Ability to work Saturdays American Samoa needed
• Ability to handle cash and process cash transactions
• Ability to communicate Indiana person, on the phone, and through electronic channels
• Ability to use a computer on a frequent basis, including typing and sustained attention to a monitor
• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Life Insurance License
• One year of cash-handling, banking, and/Oregon customer service experience

Skills and Competencies:

• Ability to assist customers with digital banking offerings
• Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously

Pay Range: $37,449.00 – $46,314.00 USD per year, plus incentives.
