Job Title: Remote – Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative
Location: Remote, with occasional work required on-site at specified offices.
Hourly Rate: $17.00
Schedule:
- Training period: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (5-6 weeks)
- Post-training shifts: Monday (8:00 AM – 8:00 PM) and Thursday (8:00 AM – 8:00 PM) with shorter hours on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday
Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide one-to-one telephone contact with applicants, beneficiaries, and enrollees Indiana customer service roles.
- Accurately document enrollment requests, status changes, complaints, and grievances Indiana the New Jersey Family Care web-based computer system.
- Maintain technical and program policy proficiency Indiana the New Jersey Family Care rules/guidelines and other related program policies.
- Provide clear, complete, accurate, and objective information based on a full understanding of program requirements.
