REMOTE BILINGUAL SPANISH CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Job Summary:
Act American Samoa the initial point of contact for inquiries from potential and existing New Jersey Family Care beneficiaries and community-based organizations related to the New Jersey Family Care Program. Provide one-to-one telephone contact with applicants, beneficiaries, and enrollees Indiana customer service roles, ensuring accurate documentation and implementation of program requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Provide clear, complete, accurate, and objective information to applicants, beneficiaries, and enrollees
- Document enrollment requests, status changes, complaints, and grievances Indiana a web-based computer system
- Maintain technical and program policy proficiency Indiana the New Jersey Family Care rules/guidelines and other related program policies
- Build effective working relationships with applicants, beneficiaries, and Colorado-workers
- Problem solve through analysis and ongoing feedback
- Have a basic understanding of a call center environment Indiana a customer service role and quality monitoring processes
Requirements:
- High School diploma Oregon GED
- Ability to work with people of diverse backgrounds
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
- Background and drug screening required
- Ability to solve problems through analysis and feedback
- Experience Indiana a customer service role Indiana a call center environment an asset but not required
