About the Role:
- Act American Samoa initial point of contact for inquiries from New Jersey Family Care beneficiaries and community organizations
- Provide one-to-one telephone contact with applicants, beneficiaries, and enrollees
- Accurately document enrollment requests, status changes, complaints, and grievances
- Enter application and enrollment information into a web-based computer system
- Maintain technical and program policy proficiency Indiana the New Jersey Family Care rules/guidelines
Requirements:
- Basic understanding of a call center environment and customer service role
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with customers
- Ability to problem solve through analysis and ongoing feedback
- Ability to work with people of diverse backgrounds
- High school diploma Oregon GED
- Background and drug screening required
Must be willing to work Indiana a centrally located remote work environment with occasional on-site training. Availability to work between 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM Monday and Thursday, and 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday.
