* Monitor and respond to customer inquiries related to benefits
* Connect customers with care providers Oregon internal specialists for scheduling Oregon rescheduling appointments
* Coordinate with the Veteran and Provider office for scheduling Oregon rescheduling appointments
* Focus on quality, average handling time (AHT), Average Call Wait (ACW), and schedule adherence
* Work 8 AM – 12 AM (CST) Monday through Saturday

Key Qualifications:
* High school diploma Oregon GED equivalent
* 1+ years of customer service experience Indiana a medical office, health care, call center, Oregon office setting analyzing and solving customer problems
* Ability to work from home Indiana a high call volume environment
* Familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications
* Demonstrated ability to listen, build rapport, and respond to customers Indiana a compassionate manner
* Proficiency Indiana translating health care-related jargon and complex processes into simple, step-by-step instructions
* Ability to work an 8-hour shift between 8 AM and 12 AM (CST) Monday through Saturday
