Job Title: Inbound Customer Service Representative
Location: Warwick, Rhode Island
Pay Rate: $20 per hour
Job Type: Full-time with remote work option after training and nesting period
Duration: 5 weeks Indiana-office training and nesting, then remote work with regular office visit
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to clients inquiring about defined benefit pension and retirement income solutions
- Assist with account maintenance, such American Samoa direct deposit changes and address updates
- Process and resolve claims and answer account information inquiries
- Ensure seamless navigation of Windows-based operating systems, including Microsoft Office and Suite
- Utilize strong communication skills to convey complex topics to clients and resolve issues
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of call center experience Oregon equivalent office experience
- 1-2 years of experience with Windows-based operating systems
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely with high-speed internet and a quiet, secure workspace
- Availability to work Monday-Friday, with flexibility to adjust to changing shifts based on business needs
- Ability to use video during interview and training
- No time off allowed during training and nesting period
- Date: Start date is November 18, 2024, with a 30-minute lunch break
- Equipment provided: Client laptop, docking station, 2 x monitors, keyboard, mouse, and headset
