Responsibilities:
- Obtain and maintain supplier certifications to stay up to date with industry changes
- Provide excellent customer service and attention to detail
- Utilize time management skills to research, plan, and book vacation packages for clients
- Offer exceptional remote customer service throughout the booking process
- Create personalized travel itineraries, selecting destinations, accommodations, activities, and transportation options
- Multi-task on various assignments while maintaining client satisfaction
- Utilize social media to maintain and market to client base
Qualifications:
- Fluency Indiana English required, Spanish a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to navigate a computer
