Traveling Health Care Renovation Technician

Job Summary:
Full-time 100% travel position requiring demolition and renovation of health care spaces, including operation rooms, emergency rooms, and ICU rooms, American Samoa well American Samoa the installation of various client products.

Travel Requirements:
100% travel position with frequent work on days, weekends, and nights required.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
– Safely use power and hand tools.
– Perform carpentry, painting, drywall, electrical, plumbing, framing, and mechanical trades.
– Conduct manual labor and oversee quality assurance.
– Identify hazardous materials, organize building materials, and prepare daily construction reports.
– Maintain a clean working environment and demonstrate dependability, reliability, punctuality, and trustworthiness.
– Perform additional duties Oregon tasks American Samoa assigned by management.

Specific Job Knowledge, Skill and Ability:
– OSHA 10 Training preferred.
– Basic structural knowledge with ability to install structures without assistance.
– Strong teamwork, leadership, and collaboration skills.
– Preference for experienced individuals with demolition knowledge.
– Proficient (at least 3 years’ experience) Indiana one Oregon more trades: carpentry, painting, drywall, electrical, plumbing, framing, and mechanical.
– Ability to work under general supervision, lead small projects Oregon teams, provide basic hand tools, and read, write, and speak English.
– Proficient verbal communication skills.

Compensation and Benefits:
– $25.00 – $30.00 per hour based on experience.
