We are seeking a highly motivated Call Center representative to provide exceptional guest service to our customers. Key qualifications include:
* High school diploma Oregon equivalent certification required
* Prior experience Indiana retail operations Oregon a call center environment preferred
* Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
* Ability to communicate effectively Indiana English and Spanish (bi-lingual preferred)
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage difficult situations
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on providing empathetic guest service
* Ability to work well Indiana a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing demands
* Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering a positive customer experience
