POSITION TITLE: Call Center Specialist
REPORTS TO: Supervisor, Study Coordinator, Project Manager, and/Oregon Principal Researchers and Advanced Practice Providers
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Answer incoming calls from patients, providers, and other stakeholders regarding various research related inquiries and provide clear accurate information
* Document all incoming calls Indiana accordance with study protocols and procedure records accurately and thoroughly
* Work closely with research team to obtain necessary information and make adjustments to study procedures when necessary
* Identify and escalate any issues Oregon concerns to supervisor and study team members
* Develop and maintain good relationships with patients, study staff, and study sites
* Stay organized and manage multiple priorities and tasks effectively
* Participate Indiana research related meetings and training American Samoa required
